Life after 脳卒中: Bed に Wheelchair Transfer - 脳卒中 センター

How family members 支援する patients transfer から bed に wheelchair

1.Check wheelchair’s brakes, tires, footrests そして seat belts. If everything である normal, push wheelchair に 患者’s healthy side, make back of wheelchair で 40°-45°angle に end of bed. Turn up footrests, pull brakes そして secure wheelchair. 支援する 患者 sit up slowly そして put の上に comfortable shoes.

2.Family members 支援する 患者 hang their legs under bed そして lean forward と共に their feet の上に ground. Family members stand facing 患者 と共に their feet apart の上に either side of 患者's legs. Clamp outside of 患者's knee と共に both knees に immobilize 患者. Hold 患者’s buttocks up と共に one hand, そして hold waistband と共に other hand に pull 患者 forward.

3.Let 患者 hold family member’s neck または put healthy hand の上に family member’s shoulder そして stand up forcefully. 患者 ができる rest his または her head の上に shoulder of family member の上に side of wheelchair.

4.Adjust 患者’s センター of gravity so that lower limbs stand upright そして maintain バランス

5.After 患者 stood still, family member slowly supported 患者 に rotate body そして make 患者’s back facing wheelchair. そして then 支援する 患者 slowly bend down そして sit の中に wheelchair.

6.When 患者 である seated, turn down footrests そして place 患者’s feet の上に pedal.

How 患者 independently transfer から bed に wheelchair

 

 

1. wheelchair である placed の上に healthy side of 患者 そして で 30°-45°angle から bed. Pull brake そして turn up footrests.

2. 患者 stands up と共に healthy hand holding near armrest.

3. head extends に front, rotate body と共に healthy lower limb as axis, そして サポート far side armrest と共に healthy hand に maintain バランス.

4.Turn your body そして adjust your センター of gravity so that your hips である facing wheelchair そして sit の中に wheelchair slowly.

5.Adjust affected body position そして put affected foot の上に footrest.
